The files are PDF files. These can be opened with Adobe Acrobat (free download at www.adobe.com). It's best to download the files directly on your desktop computer. If you have problems, try a different browser.
Which paper do I need?
For printing on cardboard, I usually use a 8.5" x 11" 60-80 lb.- Cardstock and for prints on 8.5" x 11" 24 lb paper. But that's just a recommendation, you can also use other paper.
Which printer do I need?
It does not matter if you use an inkjet printer or a laser printer. Personally, I use an inkjet printer.
Which materials do I need for crafting?
The basics are scissors and glue. If you use a cutting mat, a cutter, or a ruler, it is even better. Which tools you need exactly and which are optional, are mentioned in the descriptions of the product.
My printed colors look completely different than in the photos. What is the reason?
It always depends on which monitor you use, what printer you have and which colors are used. The same file may look different with the different print types. Unfortunately, I have no influence on that.
What do I do if I want to return with my purchased files?
Unfortunately, returning digital products is not possible. You also confirm this in the ordering process with a tick.
May I share the files with other people?
No, unfortunately not. The file is only meant for you, the buyer. But you can use the file as often as you like - until the end of your life.
May I sell the files to others?
Oh my God no. That is only my luck.
